    How will my goods be delivered?

    Your goods will be delivered by either FEDEX or Royal Mail depending on the choice you make at checkout. We recommend selecting Royal Mail for small orders.

    How long will delivery take?

    If you select FEDEX next day and your order is placed before 3pm you will receive your goods the next working day subject to stock availability. Excludes orders placed on weekends and bank holidays. The FEDEX 3 day delivery usually takes 2 working days for delivery. The Royal Mail 1st class is usually next day but we cannot guarantee this. We cannot claim for lost orders until 28 days have passed from delivery date if sent using Royal Mail.

    Currently we do not ship outside of mainland UK.

    What if my order hasn’t arrived?

    Can I change delivery address?

    Your delivery address must match your billing address. In order to offer our customers the highest levels of protection for their purchases, Lanyards-etc use the 'Visa Secure' and 'Mastercard Securecode' programmes so your delivery and registered card holder addresses must match.

    How do I track a parcel?

    Parcels sent by FEDEX can be tracked here . You will be required to enter a login reference. The login reference is: 040lan001. The customer reference is the sales order reference from your order e.g. SO123456.

    What if my order is damaged or part of it is missing?

    What if I have received the wrong product?

    Can I return an item?

    Items can be returned and refunded minus a restocking fee in a good condition, un-used and un-opened. The return delivery charge will not be refunded unless the return is due to damaged goods or a mistake by Lanyards-etc. Refunds will be processed once the goods are received back by us, and until this time, they remain your property. We highly recommend using a 'signed for' return delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled as the order process will have started immediately. We may be able to stop postage if you contact us in time, but if payment has been made, cancelling the order may incur a restocking fee.

    How can I pay for my order? (Method of payment)

    You can pay for your order via credit card, debit card, cheque or bacs.

    To pay via credit and debit card simply choose 'Credit Card' during the 'Payment Info' stage of the checkout process. Card payments are secured by Sage Pay and we accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro.

    To pay via cheque or bacs simply choose 'Payment Due on Order' during the 'Payment Info' stage of the checkout process. Your order will be held in our system and released for delivery upon receipt of the correct funds.

    Alternatively, funds can be transferred via bacs to the following account:RBS 2 Bradwall Road, Sandbach, CW11 9UB. Please ensure that you reference your order number when making the transfer.

    The minimum order value is £7.

    We do not have a minimum order quantity only a minimum order value of £7.

    Your credit card details are not stored or viewed by us at any time. Your credit card details are stored by SAGEPAY our payment gateway provider. All your personal details are kept on a secure server and all pages on our website are 256bit SSL secured. Click here for our security policy.

    What is a promotional code?

    A discount or promotional code entitles the bearer to promotional pricing on products in the Lanyards-etc online store. They are usually issued via email and have strict conditions such as a percentage discount off a specific item for a specified time. Register here to receive our e-newsletter.

    How do I use them?

    Discount or promotional codes are to be applied to your order at the shopping cart stage prior to pressing the 'Check Out' button. Your discount code should be entered in to the 'Add Coupon or Gift Card' field in order for the discount to be applied to your order. We cannot add discount codes retrospectively to your order.

    Can I use more than one code at a time?

    Only one code can be applied to each order

    What are the lead times for custom lanyards?

    Our custom lanyards are usually ready for delivery in 4 weeks from artwork approval.

    What is the minimum order quantity for custom lanyards?

    Our minimum order quantity is 100 for screen printed lanyards (our economy print option) and 500 for dye sublimation printed lanyards (our superior print option).

    Will my custom lanyard have a safety break-away feature?

    All of our custom lanyards come with a break-away safety feature as standard.

    Can you match my corporate pantone colours on a custom lanyard?

    Yes we can pantone match. Simply include your pantone colour references in your quotation request.

    Do you charge for custom lanyard artwork?

    We do not charge you for preparing the artwork for your custom lanyard. We only produce artwork for confirmed orders.

    Can you print custom lanyards from my artwork?

    We can supply you with a set of guidelines so that you can provide your own artwork.

    What kind of attachment do the lanyards come with?

    We have 9 standard lanyard attachments to choose from. These are pictured on our custom lanyard quotation request forms.
